How It Works.
Clients browse the centralized digital inventory of trucks, logistics fleets, and yellow plant machinery. The platform accommodates both short-term project rentals and long-term industrial leases:

Once the client selects the necessary equipment or defines their transit lanes, they submit a detailed operational brief:
- Asset Booking: Select the equipment, specify rental duration, and request day a quotaion.
- Route RFQs: For cargo movements, clients publish their required routes, cargo volume parameters, and timeframes.

- Before any asset is dispatched, the client deposits the contract funds securely into an escrow account.
- Capital is held safely and is only released to the working vendor in stages based on verified milestone achievements (e.g., initial pickup, mid-route transit, final delivery).
Once funded, the booking moves into automated dispatch and execution managed by the Acemec Fleet team:
- Live Telematics Visibility: Every dispatched vehicle utilizes active GPS tracking, e-locks, and geofenced route boundaries to provide real-time location monitoring.
- Digital Proof-of-Delivery (POD): Drivers utilize specialized driver apps to upload digital signatures and completion paperwork directly upon arrival.
