Meet Vendor Requirements
- KYC Compliance Vendors must complete full Know Your Customer verification (company or individual) including ID, business registration, and compliance checks.
- Fleet Ownership All trucks, trailers, or plant must be owned by the company or individual registering — no third‑party or leased assets allowed.
- Tracking Integration Each asset must have a GPS tracking device installed, it will be connected to Acemec Fleet dispatch and asset management telemetry software for live visibility.
- Insurance Coverage Vendors must provide proof of insurance or a letter of intent from an insurer confirming coverage for fleet and plant assets.
- Compliance Standards Roadworthiness, safety certification, and operational compliance are mandatory to qualify for tenders and subcontracting work.
